After that, double-click on "System Drivers" and then "Batteries." Then you need to click on "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" and then click to "Uninstall" for uninstalling the battery driver immediately.
Finally, close the "Driver Easy" and restart the computer instantly. Then battery driver will be automatically reinstalled after that and then check if the battery can charge now or not.

5. Update the BIOS:


BIOS which stands for (Basic Input/Output System) is the program which helps to manage the connection between the operating system and the laptop hardware devices. Due to faulty in BIOS settings, it also causes the reason of Alienware laptop not charging. You can update the BIOS to fix that issue by visiting at Dell official site.
